Tuesday: 50 squats, 50 lunges, 15 pushups, 60 crunches, 20 burpees, 120 second wall sit, 40 butt kicks, 60 sit ups (repeat 2x)
Wednesday: 60 second plank, 60 squats, 80 crunches, 30 high knees, 40 Russian twists, 15 pushups, 50 lunges, 40 tricep dips (repeat 2x)
Thursday: 60 second wall sit, 50 jumping jacks, 40 crunches, 15 pushups, 60 sit ups, 50 high knees, 60 second high knees, 30 Russian twists, 45 squats (repeat 2x)
Friday: 50 burpees, 50 jumping jacks, 60 crunches, 50 squats, 30 Russian twists, 40 high knees, 30 butt kicks (repeat 2x)
