Beach Body Squat Challenge

Who wants to get the best beach body found on the beach?! I know I do! This challenge is one of the easiest out there. If you are looking for a booty or a core the ultimate goal is the same, a nice hard earned body. If you are interested in getting everything I just described, keep reading!

Your regular dentist says that you should brush your teeth for at least two minutes 2-3 times a day. Well, why not make the time go by faster and get a good body while you're at it? So, here is my plan. 60 squats while you're taking care of those hooves in your mouth. Then, when you get finished do 30 crunches. That's it! So easy, am I right? Do this twice a day for results. The best part about it is, I am seeing results in just two weeks.
