Monday: 10 push-ups, 20 squats, 15 lunges, 40 crunches, 30 sec. plank, 35 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 30 lunges, and 5 minute walk.
Tuesday: 15 push-ups, 40 squats, 30 lunges, 20 crunches, 35 second plank, 25 jumping jacks, and 6 minute walk.
Wednesday: 20 squats, 20 push-ups, 10 lunges, 30 crunches, 40 second plank, 35 jumping jacks, and a 7 minute walk.
Thursday: 15 push-ups, 25 squats, 20 lunges, 35 crunches, 45 second plank, 30 jumping jacks, and an 8 minute walk.
Friday: 10 push-ups, 35 squats, 20 lunges, 40 crunches, 50 second plank, 35 jumping jacks, and a 9 minute walk.
